Abode I is the back unit of a beautifully updated Duplex. It has a shared driveway with the front unit and shared laundry space. Enter through the side door and walk into the beautifully open kitchen with bar, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful Quartz countertops. Enjoy the walk-in pantry, complete with a coffee station, small appliances, portable dishwasher, and extra storage for food. The bathroom which is just off the kitchen, has been beautifully remodeled with a tiled shower (that has a bench!). The kitchen also opens up into the living room which has a unique fireplace, built in shelving and large Smart TV with Netflix, HULU, Disney +, ESPN +, and Fubo TV included. The bedroom boasts a comfy King Size Bed, Large Wardrobe and Smart TV. Not a morning person? You'll have no trouble sleeping in with the blackout shades and curtains provided in the bedroom. Enjoy sitting on the cozy front porch with cute patio furniture.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
